Abstract
Car cylinder heads made of alu-aloys are cleaned intermediately from cooling lubricants and chips in an inline recirculation-air blow-system without any agent.
Description of the substitution
Car cylinder heads made of alu-aloys are cleaned intermediately from cooling lubricants and chips. The equipment is an inline recirculation-air blow-system for cleaning without any agent. The system use self-produced highly compacted air by lateral channel sealer (optional: compressed air for complicated and difficult accessible drilled holes and emptying of scooping components by “gym wheel”-turning skid). After the cleaning the car cylinders undergo further mechanical treatment. Earlier parts were blown off manually by compressed air. The new method saves time and energy.

Assessment of the solution
Environment: No cleaning agent is used, thus no waste from this side. The blown off mixture of cooling lubricants and chips is led into a channel, from where it is flushed with cooling lubricant into the central cooling lubricant system (alternatively a pump can be installed). Chips are separated in that system. Heat recovery.
